How Do I Clean Hairbrushes? : Remove hair from brush head with Fuller's Hairbrush Cleaner Tool (# 636) , then soak the bristles in a solution of warm water and shampoo. The shampoo will remove the hair oil trapped in the bristles. Avoid wetting the wood as water will ruin the varnish finish over time.

1. Store with the bristles facing up.
2. Periodically remove any build-up of hair from between the bristles.
3. To clean, soak the bristles in a shallow pan of warm sudsy water. Avoid wetting the wood as frequent contact with water will ruin its finish.
